How to enable VoLTE feature in all 4G devices

VoLTE is stand for voice over LTE. This is the function to make HD call from 4G enabled devices. If you reliance Jio then you need VoLTE for call anyone. Many smart phone support LTE but they not support VoLTE. So by using those smart phone you can only use 4G speed internet but you can't get access to make/receive call.

To make call from smart phone Reliance Jio required VoLTE support. Check your phone support VoLTE or not. If your smart phone can't support. Then don't worry. VoLTE is not hardware function it is software function. So you can active VoLTE any 4G smart phone. Follow below methods.

How enable VoLTE in android lollipop and higher

If you have 4G mobile which run on android lollipop or higher operating system. Then follow this method. To see android version go to menu > settings > about phone. Then find android version if it is 5.1.0 or higher then follow below steps.

• Go to android default dialer app.
• Dial *#*#4636#*#* from dailer.
• After this you see many options select phone information.
• After that find 'enable VoLTE support provisioned flag' and tick on that.
• Now restart your phone. This one will enable VoLTE in your android.

If you have Xiaomi mobile then the follow below method. To enable VoLTE in Xiaomi by this method your smart phone must be rooted.

Note :- for this method your smart phone must be rooted. If not then don't try it or root your phone.

• First of all download SQlite editor app from play store. (This is simple text editor app)
• Now goto Data > Data > com.android.providers.settings > database and find settings.db
• Now search for 'VoLTE_feature_disabled and change it value 0 to 1 using SQLite editor.
• Save the file and restart phone. VoLTE feature is now enable in your phone.

Enable VoLTE by Jio4GVoice app. (Earlier jio join)

• Just goto google play store and search for 'jio4gvoice' and download it or download for directly here.
• Now install and open jio4gvoice app.
• It need some time to register with your jio sim. But it is automatic.
• After connected you can access unlimited calling and texting.
